Nelson North - New Community Transport Survey
Some residents of North Nelson have asked for the eBus service to extend to the region. To test the demand for public transport in North Nelson, the NTCTT aims to conduct a pilot project between July and September 2025 using a minivan that carries 11 passengers. For this to proceed to the three month pilot the Nelson North community need to show:
1. there is enough demand for an 11 passenger seat community vehicle and
2. there are enough people in the community prepared to be volunteer drivers.
Aim of the survey
The aim of this survey is to assess the demand for the pilot service, gather information on the best route for the service and find volunteer drivers.
This is your opportunity to let us know what you need and want.
Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied/supervised on the community transport by an adult.
Please allocate 5-7 minutes to complete this survey.
